I’ve written several times about the Prayer Binder I’ve used to have an effective quiet time. In the main Prayer Binder Tutorial Post, I show you how to use simple loose leaf paper to create a prayer sheet.
This weekend I was inspired to make a couple prayer list printables you could use just in case you don’t have any loose leaf paper on hand, or, like me, you aren’t great at drawing straight lines on your own. I have huge hand writing so I tried to make the spaces for writing big enough to fill your thoughts, prayers and praise reports.
The first of the Prayer List Printables is a sheet to list those people, events or places that you want to remember to pray for every day, whether or not they have a specific need. For example, your parents, significant other, church leaders, political leaders or a country that has been on your heart.
The second of the Prayer List Printables is a space to mark the specific needs of yourself, needs that people have specifically asked you to pray about, and any other needs you have noticed on your own for which you’d like to call upon the Holy Spirit’s help. Here, you write the date, the prayer, and then when you see God’s answer to this prayer, write it in the praise reports column.
I’ve found that the praise reports column has really helped open my eyes to the ways God works in the background. It’s really easy to miss that in today’s busy world.
I hope you enjoy this resource and it brings you closer to the Lord during your prayer or quiet time.
